- Hydration drink mix
- Protein Bars – 8 to 10 grams or higher per regular size bar
- Lotion – Ex: Aquaphor, Eucerin, Aveeno, etc.
- Toothpaste – travel or medium
- Dental Floss
- Lip Balm with SPF
- Trail mix or other protein snack
- Drink mix
- Coffee
- Tea bags
- Milk and Dark Chocolate bars
