Thaddeus Luszey Jr.
President and Board Member
Thaddeus (Ted) Luszey Jr. is a founder of Operation Care for Troops. He is the President of the OCT Board of Directors and manages Logistics for packing events. He was a Worldwide Software Engineering Manager who presently works as a consultant for Hewlett Packard.
Ted enjoys woodworking, resorting cars and spending time with his three grandsons.
Theresa Kenny
Treasurer and Board Member
Theresa Kenny has been the Treasurer of Operation Care for Troops since 2020. She has a strong finance and treasury background and is currently Senior Director of Finance at Foundation Source, which provides philanthropic expertise.
Theresa is a proud mother and grandmother who splits her time between CT and the RI shore.
Deborah A Luszey
Operations and Board Member
Deborah Luszey has been a part of Operation Care for Troops since the beginning. Her role includes Operations, Grant Writing and communicating with deployed units and personnel. She holds degrees in Engineering and Mathematics, and is a retired Mathematics Teacher.
Deborah is the proud Nana of three grandsons.
Madeline Dreusicke
Board member
I have lived in Pelham, N.H. since 1980 with my husband, Jorg W. Dreusicke, U.S. Army Veteran who served in Korea. I have 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. My passion is serving and supporting Veterans, Active Duty Military & their families. I am a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Auxiliary – Department of New Hampshire since 2010. I serve as the Department of NH VFW Auxiliary Hospital Chairman since July 1, 2012 as well as the Veterans Administration Volunteer Services Representative since 2012.
Joseph Paradis
Board member
Joe Paradis has been serving as a volunteer lead, Director, and former Treasurer. Joe is an Air Force veteran, having served 3 years in Korea, and is proud father to a Marine Corps combat officer. His son benefitted directly from the generosity of OCT during two tours in Afghanistan. Joe is retired and spends much of his time volunteering at the VA Medical Center and at his church. He is Chairman of the non-profit group, NH Freedom Cup, which assists needy veterans, Vice Commander of his Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post, Deputy Grand Knight of his Knights of Columbus Council, and a member of the local CERT emergency response team. Joe and Joanne have been married for 40 years and have two children and six grandchildren. They have resided in Londonderry NH all that time.
Teresa Syring

I am a retired HR professional living in New Hampshire with my husband. I have been volunteering with Operation Care For Troops for over 15 years. Always happy to participate in this organization to give our troops something from home to make them feel not forgotten.
Keri Martin
Board member and Volunteer Coordinator
Keri began volunteering for OCT in 2017. In 2019, Keri took on the Volunteer Coordinator role-signing up and setting up the volunteer list for each OCT Packing Event. In 2024 Keri was nominated to be a member of the Board of Directors. Keri is looking forward to a continued partnership with all OCT members/volunteers and thanks all our American Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Sailors and Coast Guardsmen past and present.
Corinne Kelly
Student Representative and Associate Member
Corinne Kelly is an honor student at Regis College studying dentistry. She’s been an active volunteer with OCT since the age of 11. She’s been involved in the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program holding various titles including: Miss New Hampshire’s Outstanding Teen 2022 and Miss Auburn 2024. Corinne’s platform is “Operation Care for Troops:Sending Our Love”. Also, she is actively involved with the USO and is an auxiliary member of the Pelham VFW Post: 10722.
